Answer

c. tertiary structure

Work Step by Step

The arrangement of a polypeptide into a fibrous or globular shape is called its tertiary structure. A primary structure is a sequence of amino acids stung along like beads. A secondary structure is a primary structure that has started to fold on itself creating either an alpha helix or a beta sheet. A tertiary structure is a secondary structure that has folded even more and turns into a globular or fibrous shape. A quaternary structure is multiple polypeptide chains interacting with each other.
