Since the slope of the line is $-2$, which is negative, from the point (4, -1), move up 2 units then move 1 unit to the left to end at (3, 1). (refer to the attached image) 3. Connect the points to complete the graph of the line. (b) The line has a slope of $\frac{3}{2}$ and, has a y-intercept from the grah in part (a), has a y-intercept of 7.. Thus, the equation of the line is $y=-2x+7$.
