(3) The slope $-2$ is equivalent to $\frac{2}{-1}$ so the rise can be $2$ and the run is $-1$. From $(0, -3)$, move 2 units up and 1 unit to the left to reach $(-1, -1)$. Plot $(-1, -1)$.
