Only 4 and 6 are elements of the 3 sets. b) Since it is the union of the 3 sets, it is a set that contains all the element that has appeared at least once in any of the 3 sets. c) It is a set that appears in both the set C and the set (A$\cup$B) which means element that is in neither A or B, but it has to also be in C. d) It is a set that is the union of C and the set (A$\cap$ B). Which means that the element has to be in A and B , OR simply be in the set C.
