Coach Bright states, “The title is ours to win. Like they say in the big leagues, we’re in control of our own destiny.” In your opinion, are Paul and the other War Eagles in charge of their destiny? Why or why not?

In my opinion, it takes the mindset of a champion to be a champion..... the mental game is considered just as important as the physical game. Champions never give up, they never let the other team rattle them, and they play every minute without letting up. In the end, you have two teams and one winner. Both teams are, in essence, champions for having made it in the first place. Betty Bright's words are true, but they might not always be considered accurate.
