Do you think its right to take law in hands if someone harmed them ? Why / Why not ?

This question calls for YOUR opinion. In my opinion, we have laws and courts to dispense justice, and as long as these courts are able to dispense justice accordingly, we should honor their decisions. Lawlessness and retribution would facilitate a state of chaos.
