Why do some people not like people who are really good at things like sports,music , art or school.? Is that fair.? Are adults like this.?

This has to do with self- perception and self esteem. Some people resent other people's successes. This often has to do with their own failures or perceived inadequacies.

No it's not fair because we should be happy for others and believe if they can succeed so can I.
