What is Siddartha's explanation for Govinda's not having found his peace?

He says that Govinda has been so pre-occupied with searching that he misses the answers,

"What should I possibly have to tell you, oh

venerable one? Perhaps that you're searching far too much? That in all

that searching, you don't find the time for finding?" Ch. 12
