A feminist is someone who believes the idea that women should have the same rights as men. Noted feminist Gloria Steinem says, "Women are not going to be equal outside the home until men ate equal in it." What does she mean? Would Emily agree with Steinem? Why?

I would think that she means that men must share domestic duties that women are expected to do because of their gender. Also women must have equal say in a relationship. We are not totally sure why she killed Homer Barron but there were no children involved and we can only speculate why she might have killed Homer. I'm don't think we can safely attribute this statement to Emily.
