what did mr. edward ferrars see in elinor that he fell in love with elinor?
Edward sees a kindred spirit in Elinor, and their relationship is one of mutual attraction and complete respect. For most of the novel we root for the two to find happiness, but we're also impressed by their restraint. It's an innocent love, and Edward falls in love with everyhing about Elinor.
