Your question is a long one and I have not seen this film in many years. The language that Goeth uses is what Nazis had been indoctrinated with. As kids they would have been part of the Hitler Youth and brainwashed into viewing Jews in this way. Goeth is an example of Nazi indoctrination. Spielberg is able to juxtapose the plight of many innocent Jews with the hatred of men like Goeth.
