Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead

what is the role of woman in this play?

The role of woman was briefly described from hamlet's point of view in hamlet. These women in this game are the same people but they don't look as hamlet described. Gertrude is as important as Claudius. What does this play suggests about the role of woman and how is it different from hamlet?

I saw this play about ten years ago, I also saw the movie version. As I recall the women played very minor roles in the play. They were largely flat characters, almost used as props rather than part of the story.
