Which events in Act One seem most important in setting up conflicts in the plot?

As the play opens, we immediately see the conflict of the Capulets and Montagues come to the forefront. It isn't just the families involved in conflict..... even the servants are involved. From the start, we know that nothing good can come from interaction between the two familes, Romeo and Juliet are beaten before they begin.
