What did Romeo bring with him to Juliet's tomb? Why do you thnk he brought these two items?

Romeo brings his sword and the poison. I belioeve he brings each of these items with the intent of taking his own life. Romeo's sword is very similar to knife Juliet kept by her side in case her own poison didn't work.
