To whom is Romeo is speaking in lines 2-25, in Act2, Scene2? What does this soliloquy tells you about Romeo's thought?

Romeo is talking to himself, and from his words, we can infer that he is smitten. Romeo's thoughts are romantic.... and only of Juliet.
