When Benvolio asks Romeo if he's crazy (mad), Romeo responds that he isn't mad, but rather, wound up with unrequited love. He feels isolated..... imprisoned...... deprived of food, whipped, and tortured. The last line would simply translate as a greeting, "good evening, good man."
