The oxymorons come from Juliet lamenting the fact that her Romeo killed Tybalt. She loves him yet is angry, a little bit, at him.

O serpent heart hid with a flowering face!

Beautiful tyrant! Fiend angelical!

Dove-feathered raven, wolvish-ravening lamb!

Despisèd substance of divinest show

A damnèd saint, an honorable villain!
