Romeo and Juliet

End of a Long-Term Hostility

Is the end of a long-term hostility between the Capulets and Montagues a fair exchange for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet?

I suppose that depends on what was happening. I should think not because there is little evidence to suggest that people had died in recent years over the feud. The death of two vibrant youngsters is a pretty dear price to pay for two families deciding to get along with each other.
