Do you disagree or agree that the nurse acted very responsibily towards juliet and her parents why or why not?

I do not agree, the nurse changed her mind and supported whoever she was talking to at the time. She encouraged Juliet's recklessness, only to advise her differently a short time later. The nurse enjoyed the clandestine romance, but she wasn't going to put herself in a percarious position.
