Robinson journeyed back to his dwelling, which he now considers his home. Along the way, he finds goat and brings it back. He has domesticated other animals as he has the goat. As the two-year anniversary of his arrival on the island came around, Robinson reflects how much he likes his life better than the "cursed, abominable" life he had led before.
