Robinson Crusoe

Can we consider Robinson Crusoe a multi genres or classifications novel? Why ?

Robinson Crusoe is primarily considered an adventure story. It has stormy seas, guns, cannibals and always the threat of danger or violence. Sill there are themes within the story that go beyond adventure. Repentance, self-awareness, religion...all work the developed the protagonist.
