Please describe the quote in Act 5 Scene II:True hope is swift, and flies with swallow’s wings. Kings it makes gods, and meaner creatures kings.

Richmond says that, "True hope is swift, and flies with swallow’s wings. Kings it makes gods, and meaner creatures kings." Basically he means that when the cause is just and good, hope can work quickly and do miraculous things like turn Kings into gods.
