Describe the cottage

It is a small, stone cottage near the beach (in the bay). The cottage has also been describes as a boathouse. I will try to get the text for you and add it below.

The boathouse is deserted, but when the narrator enters she finds it completely furnished and very dirty. There's an attched room to store a boat and supplies.
