This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. If your question pertains to the death of Hector, I would have to say no..... in my opinion, those specific actions and decisions are not those of a leader. Achilles killing Hector is not a direct act of war, but rather, an act of retribution..... the act of a man filled with grief and guilt over the death of a friend.
