How does Eliza behave during act three? How do the others react to her "performance"?

Eliza is splendid during the "ball."  Everything she does is so perfect that Neppomuck thinks she is too perfect and ultimately says she must be a Hungarian princess.  She has completely overcome her Covent Garden flower girl lifestyle and manners.
