WHICH SOCIAL GROUPS ARE MARGINALIZED, EXCLUDED OR SILENCED WITHIN THE TEXT?

At the beginning of the book, Jaja had shown signs that he was no longer interested in conforming to Papa’s ways as he refused to take communion in church and so on getting home, his father threw the missal which hit Beatrice’s figurines and broke them and all the mother did was to stare at them and then she bent to pick the pieces, even when Papa threw the missal, I think that this is symbolizes that him throwing the missal is disrespectful to God and so as the book begins I think Chimamanda wanted the readers to have at the back of their mind that the family members fear Eugene more than they fear God
