What reasons does Elizabeth give for rejecting Darcy's proposal?

The first time Mr. Darcy asks Elizabeth to marry him, she turns him down. She feels Darcy is too proud and "haughty". Elizabeth feels that he fully expected a favourable answer because of his wealth and her own lack of wealth.
