Basically Wickham accuses Darcy of mistreating him and disgracing the memory of Darcy's father. And (Specifically) this is because when Darcy's father died he promised Wickham the living so that Wickham could work in the church as his profession. Wickham says that Darcy goes against his fathers wishes and denies Wickham the money, and therefore forces Wickham into the status of a poor soldier. He leads Elizabeth to believe that Darcy is proud and jealous of the affection that Darcy's father showed towards Wickham, who is not even his son by blood. This of course is not the truth but it is enough for Elizabeth to get angry at Mr. Darcy.
