pride and prejudice

Elizabeth already has prejudices against Mr. Darcy , and Mr.Wickham description of his characters aggravates her aversion towards Mr. Darcy. Wickham very tactfully convinces Elizabeth that Mr. Darcy is jealous of him and that he is very selfish . Elizabeth believes Wickham easily as a result of her wounded pride .

Jane on the other hand does not think ill about anyone . She says that she would find out all about it from Mr Bingley in the evening at the ball.
