Many people feel the climax is Mr. Darcy’s proposal to Elizabeth (Volume 3)I tend to think the turning point is when Elizabeth discovers that Wickham is full of (rhymes with mitt) and discovers that there is indeed more to Mr. Darcy than she first thought.
