which characters undergo the most transformation, not including darcy or elizabeth?

I have read Pride and Prejudice multiple times, as well as viewing most every adaptation. I have never seen any of its minor characters as having gone through much of a transformation.
Mr. Wickham might fit the bill. except that his character doesn't go through a transformation as much as he's 'illuminated.' The man we first come to believe of as good and amiable is eventually proven to be deceptive.
The only other character I'd look at is Kitty. She hasn't much of a personality and prefers to shadow those who are far more gregarious, but there is hope for her........... and I think that being removed from Lydia's shadow and being placed with Jane and Elizabeth can accomplish this.
