I'm not sure what you are asking about here. After the introduction/setting...the paragraphs containing the details of the story would be part of the body.

an anchor sentence that sums up the paragraphs or serves as the bridge to the next conflict you will discuss
Okay, so the analysis part of the story, no matter how you word it, is going to be the body of the paper. This is when you deal with the main points of your argument using quotes or references to back your points up.
