Is Montresor a reliable narrator? If not what makes you question his verison of events?

"Montresor is about as unreliable a narrator as you can get. He is paranoid with a myriad of other psychological problems. We never really know what motivates him other than a mention of vague threats leveled at him by Fortunato. He is lost in delusions of grandeur and twisted perceptions of reality."
