Marji's old school had freedom to listen to Western music, learn different subjects, meet with classmates of both genders, and was not only based on Islam.....Her new post-revolution school is conservative Islam. It teaches the Koran and practically nothing about the West. The girls are segregated from the boys. The girls only learn things that are gender specific to Islamic Law.
