What in your impression of Ozymandias as a king?

Ozymandias sounds rather full of himself. He was a intoxicated by his own power and ruled his people with an iron fist.

I think he was pretty fond of himself. He was drunk with power and believed himself an omnipotent power. He was quite cruel to his own people.
