Was Othello's marriage to desdemona doomed from the start?

what are the flaws in their relationship?, was their marriage build on a solid foundation

I wouldn't say it was doomed from the start. It took Iago to plant the seeds of doubt in the Moor's head and then slowly cultivate the lie with shreds of "proof". Had evil Iago not been out for Othello, I think Othello and Desdemona might have been okay. Sure Othello would have had his moments of jealousy and anger but it would have been short lived. Othello did, after all, love his Desdemona.
