What is a good all-rounder starting point to focus on for Shakespeare's Othello?

I am sitting my English exam in a few days and I need some guidance for an all-rounded focus point that can suffice for any essay question. These questions can be random- themes, language, characters(what they do and how this evokes emtion), interwoven messages etc.
