Except for Iago, all characters treat Othello with respect and being impressed with his position and what he has achieved in life.

Desdemona is treated kindly by all characters, including her handmaiden. She has willingly given up much of what is important in her life to be with Othello and is frustrated when Othello believes she has been unfaithful to him.

Iago, on the surface, is treated well by all characters, because they believe him to be trustworthy. The dramatic irony, of course, is that the audience knows just how deceitful he is, but no one realizes his treachery until he is dead.

Othello

respect- hatred- jealousy

Desdemona

love-trust-mistrust-jealousy-accusatory

Iago

trust-truth (he is treated and responded to in the exact oppostie way in which he acts)
