Roderigo is shown as impatient..... waiting for Iago's promises in terms of his assistance. At this point, he is feeling as if he's been duped.

"I do not find that thou dealest justly with me"

(4.2.173).

"Every day thou daffest me [put me off] with some device [excuse], Iago"

(4.2.175).
