what are a some key points in chapters 3 and 4 specifically pages 19-41.

Well the Chief is basically still giving you the feel of the hospital...
McMurfy arrives...there is the explanation of the divide in the hospital (actutes and the Chronics) and the further divide between the walkers, wheelers etc. the "shock shop" is mentioned Ruckley is mentioned, showing a procedure that will happen later on in the novel.
Miss. Ratched along with the Combine are mentioned in more detail, remeber this is all through the eyes of the Chief!  Chief goes on to talk somewhat about his past. (college)
Explination of Miss. R's method of getting the right staff.
Daily routines are detailed - same old same old, never any change.
Medication mentioned, Chief shows his state of mind. Paranoia.

(these are literally just notes, no detail - hope i have helped a little bit, I probably haven't I'm still doing my essay on this!)
