Of Mice and Men

In the film, the director shows us "the incident in wees" differently from how we find out in the book. What's different? why do you think he chose to do it that way? How does it change the story?

The director chose to show us the scene of Lennie and George running away in flashback. This helps the audience with context as well as lessens the time to spend on it later.
