Peter Neilsen was Lise's fun-loving fiancé. He is a member of the Danish Resistance and regularly risks his life to fight the Germans and rescue the Jews. Even after Lise's death, he stays close to the Johansens and even helps them rescue the Rosens. He, for example, smuggles a packet to the Rosens to help hide Jews hiding in a ship bound for Sweden.
