How did Lise die?

this is not the first quiz I have ever taken on this book. Several quizzes say Lise dies from a car accident, and several quizzes say that she dies from getting run over by nazi's how did Lise really die?

The Nazis killed Lise because she was a Resistance fighter like Peter, Henrik, and the Johansens.
