In novel Rosalie is described as very beautiful vampire. Her vanity still needed feeding and she was surprised and hurt that Edward wasn't attracted to her. It means that rest of family (Carlisle, Jasper and Alice) was fell for her beauty ?

I'm not sure what you are meaning here. I suppose the other Vampires were attracted to her despite her vanity.
