How do these first beings—Chaos, Gaia, Tartaros, Eros—come to be? Does this seem to you to be a good way to start the world? Why or why not?

Chaos as a primeval state of existence. It was simply the beginning. Gaia born at the dawn of creation out of Chaos, Tartaros was first-existing entity from which the Light and the cosmos are born, Eros was the fourth god to come into existence. I don't think there was a specific way they were born. They were created out of Chaos: they are sort of entities. I suppose this works within the context of mythology.
