Who wants to kill Captain Ahab? Why?

I can think of a few men on the boat that don't like the Captain, but I don't believe they wanted to kill him (obsessed as he was). I guess the whale is the one thing that wants to kill the Ahab, and that is because he is bound and determined to kill the whale.
