Is Shylock right in assuming there is some ill a-brewing towards his peace of mind? If yes, give an example to justify his assumption.

Shylock is correct in this assumption. Christians often make fun of him and slander him behind his back. It is only when they want something from him that they feign respect.

Do you mean ill brewing by other people towards Shylock?
