1. WHERE DOES THE SCENE TAKE PLACE ?

2. WHAT DOES THE SPEAKER MEAN WHEN HE SAYS, "IT WEARIES ME" ?

1) The actors are walking along the streets of Venice.

2) "It wearies me" refers to Antonio's feeling the he's "tired" of being sad.
