Is Vengeful a strong feeling or not .... Confused

Anyone who feels the need to avenge something - that is to seek revenge- is indeed filled with strong feelings. Such feelings are often associated with anger, frustration, and near obsession with the reason the feelings have developed. Where things grow confusing is whether or not the person acts on those feelings and how that person acts on such feelings.
