Act 2, Scene 8: What did Shylock do after discovering Jessica ran away with Lorenzo?

After discovering his daughter had run off with Lorenzo, Shylock went to the Duke of Venice in an attempt to stop Antonio's ship from sailing. Antonio tries to convince and assure Shylock that Jessica is not onboard the ship, but he, none-the-less, blames Antonio for the loss of both his daughter and his money.
